Here is the only true statement in any TT Press Release. And evidently it appears this is where all the money has gone. What are the "historical facts" mentioned below? "...Statements regarding financial matters in this press release other than historical facts are ''forward-looking statements'' within the meaning of section 27 A of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 21 E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and as that term is defined in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. The Company intends that such statements about the Company's future expectations, including future revenues and earnings, and all other forward-looking statements be subject to the safe harbors created thereby. Since these statements (future operational results and sales) involve risks and uncertainties and are subject to change at any time, the Company's actual results may differ materially from expected results..."

Like all shareholders, I have lost a significant amount of money because I believed in Rene and the process. I have only posted a couple of times before but feel a need to post again. I am amazed at the damage Rene and the board have done to this company. As Tom G says, it is truly a shame. The bottom line on current management is that they are destroying TTRIF to line their own pockets and are not interested in growing the company to the potential I believe it has. Mr. Holley may be right about Mr. Simpson, Nathan and others only being interested in lining their own pockets, and having no regard for the shareholders. Unfortunately, I believe he is wrong about Rene having integrity. Rene certainly hasn't acted like an honest, forthright person of integrity. Not one thing that Rene said would happen has happened. This after 9-10 years in business. I believe that the recent deal with Mr. Simpson is falling apart because Rene refuses to give up control. He has a "Money Pot" (using dilution) to legally steal the shareholders money, whether or not TTRIF is viable. If we do not change management quickly, TTRIF is history and your investments with it. I urge all shareholders to contact Kim at odcom@earthlin.net and pledge (perhaps the wrong word) your shares. Give Kim the number of shares you hold, your phone number and e-mail address. Remember you can change your mind later if you decide to vote for Rene. This is only to obtain a count of the potential shares opposing Rene. We must change this management. For Rene: Sir, you have apparently said that the previous dissident movement did not have anyone knowledgeable enough to run TTRIF. For Gods sake man, how can you look at what you have done to this company and not realize that anybody could do a better job. Your behavior indicates that you are in serious need of therapy. Remember this - a truism - "You reap what you sow" and Rene you have sown fields of weeds. This will come back on you and I suspect it may be doing so already. My post was simply to point out that Ambrose or Jacobson or Simpson might be able to save the company, but their objective might be to save it for themselves and screw the shareholders. I said that he MIGHT have more integrity than most of us give him credit for. (That is to say that COMPARED to Simpson or Ambrose or Jacobson he might be the better choice.)
