THE JACKSON CASE
This has been dragging on just like any lawsuit. Nothing out of the ordinary. Our last status hearing was May 4, at which time I learned that Katherine Jackson has declared chapter 7 BK. She cosigned with her son Randy on the Original TMm BK papers, so we included her also in the suit but technically we were suing Randy. I was told Randy cannot file BK papers because the lime limit on his last BK has not expired. So he will be pursued. Bear with me for a moment. TMm came out of BK last June, settling all creditors at that time. One stipulation was put in the papers and that was Randy. The BK Judge requested we take this up with civil court. Well now the Superior court Judge says we need to go back to BK court to settle this matter and get a judgement against Randy. All formality but it is a given for TMm to receive judgement. I have expressed my frustration with our court system before, this only supports that frustration. Next status hearing is on June 27. I also believe but have not seen the papers that we will be going back to BK court with Randy. For those that may have forgotten Randy had promised (signed BK contract) to return approx. 5M shares of TMMI stock on a reverse and receive 1.25M shares. Instead he sold the stock. Now we are going after damages and stock.

PS, I will have more info when I can confirm it.
