"Haven't tried bear yet. "

Try eating a mop that was soaked in lard for six weeks.....tastes just like bear meat.

How did the lion taste?

One of the best meats I've had was ground Yak. Bought it for 79 cents a pound. Grilled it a pound at a time.

Never had ostrich or lion but I've had buffalo. It ain't bad. They are trying some buffalo- beef crosses to add flavor with lower bad fat.

I saw a skinned bear, it looked so human I never wanted to shoot one. Eat one either.
