Unless someone else here has anything to add, let me say finally, I dont understand a word you have been saying, and I apologise to you if you think I have been insulting, which I have not. A little patronising...maybe!! I have been saying to you, exactly what I would say in any meeting, to anyone of my staff who has difficulty in saying what they really mean. Henry Kissinger had the same problem, so had Tony O'Reilly also, and they wrote about how to handle it, but as I read your posts, they seem like an awful lot of work for little reward...
