Well Brennan,

Mr. Richard Silas reports

Further to news in Stockwatch Feb. 11, 1999, the company has narrowed its business and acquisition opportunities to the Internet and e-commerce. The company is reviewing several projects at this time. Any potential acquisition will be subject to VSE approval.

The stock ran from 0.05 to 0.26 after this PR. IMO the current price already reflects a valuation of a possible e-commerce acquisition. I know for a fact that some major pumpers are behind this stock. It might be good for a flip but this might be another perfect example of a buy on rumour, sell on news scenario. If anyone is thinking of playing this one, just make sure you don't end up holding the bag when the dump occurs. MOO

Kind Regards
AK
