Jim, from your perspective what effects do you think that the deregulation of the electrical industry will have ecologically and economically? Do you see more harm than good coming out of this development? Of particular concern is the vast land holdings that some of the electrical companies currently own. As they divest themselves of properties to meet with deregulation requirements, will they also sell their land holdings to increase profitability? Any of the stocks on the water list I put together look particularly interesting to you? There are several small stocks that looks appealing and of course WTR is on many people's buy lists. AS
