LT,

What do you base your prediction of 7% interest rates ( = panic meltdown) on and why within the next 2 weeks. I also believe long interest rates will continue up for awhile, but not too much beyond 6.25%. After that, I'll have to reassess.

In this market, how can you be so sure? It sure wouldn't surprise me, but I'd be equally unfazed by a 10% meltup. -mb
