I dont think the bombing will hurt DELL, It is just going to take some NATO/US financial and maybe political compensation, to take care of it.

China wants to get on the trading agreement with NATO and it will use what happened with the NATO bombing of the Chinese Embassy to its advantage to speed up the process of the WTO signing agreement.

The WTO agreement will go forward and faster, and that the mistakenly bombing of NATO to the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade will help the WTO negotiations with China.
