>>Are you able to connect tonight and are you using a cable modem? TIA rod <<

Well usually the problem is not connecting but other things like lagging quotes. Or the account setups not showing correct fields. On friday the connection was real jerky IE it would update like every few mins. It has been on and off like that for a while but getting worse as each day goes by. The Naps are having problems as well so it is getting harder and harder to pin point problems and when/where the cause is. I think the best way to do it it is to find a broker with somethign like RT3 closest to you and sign up with them. Since commision money shoudnt matter if you are able to execute. Today I can actually connect, Usually I think on the week ends they take the permission servers down but they must have left it up this week end.

Oh one of the things, DNS problems also abound. If you know how to edit your hosts file that will help a bit. Not sure if the new RT3 will let you enter IP numbers to where you want to connect, Not sure if ABW uses dynamic servers or just multiple servers cause I connect to different servers each time I connect. hmmm Not sure seems to be the theme when it comes to the internet.
