John, I really do not think that the holders are left with much. Right now the company is valued at $20 MM or so, but I have not looked at their financial statements to determine if that is a "fair value" of their assets.

I think that there are two major questions, first is the process profitable and under what conditions, so far, they have not operated any plants profitably. Second, what is salvageable.

John:

It seems to me that what's scared other groups away in the prior deals is when they got a close-up whiff of Rene. With an obvious history of the kind of garbage that's going on now, what legitimate group or company would enter a JV with this gang?? Any degree of DD whatever would uncover the trail of slime. Would you get in bed with this company under THIS management???

You hit it on the head. The idea has never been to move the company forward but to print and churn stock in order to pay the outlandish salaries.

BTW. I hear Simpson's no longer even on the premises. I also understand that there's not even a telephone listed for the vaunted " Thermo Tech Ventures" with Information in Boston. Does it even exist?

Does anyone have a name and phone number at the SEC?
