Back in Sept.98, the company had 11.5, and now has 17 million. The recent dilution, was big, but not quite 7 million. This issuance of stock, along with help from our mm's friends, has wacked the up momentum built during March. 5.5 added since Sept.98. With probably 3.5-4 million in late March timeframe. April 7th saw the passing of some rules that put a stop to the kinds of stock deals that surprise many a shareholder in these little ones. Once cash flow from this season and a sought after traditional line of credit is obtained, TAL will show growth that was previously unattainable due to cash constraints. There are products in development, acquisitions as well. The trading range is at support and should prove very good timing for one to load up.

What brought the price down was not dumping.
From open 5/3 to close 5/5 there were 296,973 shares bought and 278,815 shares sold. The price dropped from .30 to .20 over those three days. On 5/6 and 5/7 there were 336,475 shares bought and only 144,350 sold. The price only moved up from .20 to .23. That is purely MM's refusing to let it go. Unfortunately, as long as they can induce people to sell who don't have access to level 2 or don't know where to find the buy/sell information, they will continue to manipulate this stock.
