Thanks to all of you once again & no, my Real Tick is not permissioning which is exactly what was going on all day Friday. The message i keep getting is "Permissions URL problem" & then i get a 60 second count down w/ two boxes (Reconnect & Shut Down- but Reconnect is in grey & doesn't work).

I know that i should have had a backup in place. That is a given. But doesn't the same apply to Watley? It seems to me that the problem is indeed on their end since i can connect everywhere else i try. For me, this is a make or break proposition as to whether they will continue to be my broker. rod
