Captain Jack... Yikes! I've been holding 4k shares of WAVX for quite some time and sympathize with you for selling early. It's had some ups and downs recently, but I'll hold that one for a long time to come. Looking forward to ANYI.

To All, I am currently up around 142% on BANY. However, I like many others, have become increasingly concerned over a lack of news from BANY. I sent Mr. Sitra a short note expressing my concerns and this was his response. I'm sure he doesn't mind me posting his response. After all, there's nothing earth shattering here.... *************************************************************** Mr. Atkins, Thank you for your kind e-mail and continued support of Banyan and Anything Internet. I can assure you Cameron Yost is very well aware of shareholder interest in hearing news. In fact, I had lunch with him yesterday afternoon and we discussed this matter. Mr. Yost has been working on a number of things, some of which he had hoped would be completed last week. He will not put out any news until developments actually materialize and money is in the bank. Additionally, he has been working closely with BANY's auditors and legal counsel to move the Company forward as a fully reporting company. As you know, it's against the law for me to discuss the timing of pending news releases and/or SEC filings, but I will reiterate Cameron is very well aware of his shareholders' desire to hear some news. I can also say that he is very cautious about putting out "fluff" type news and simply refuses to fall into that category. I hope this helps answer some of your questions.
