we might jump past 40, but again i don't see any reason for bks shareholders to benefit unless BKS spins the rest of BNBN off at a later date and BKS shareholders then receive BNBN shares.

I doubt whether the IPO will take place this week. It is not listed in Barron's and I have not found any reference, other than the week of May 24, on the Internet. If I am not mistaken, the road show begins this week and I doubt that they will try to accelerate the process. Too bad that they had to wait this long. The sector has weakened, there have been a ton of Internet IPOs and AMZN has sold off. While I think that the BNBN IPO will do well, it would have screamed two months ago. Assuming that the market does not tank, I think that BKS will make it over 40, though 45 is beginning to seem a bit of a stretch. It does not help that everyone is wising up to the concept of "back door" plays; that is taking some of the volatility out of these plays.
