>>>"Their problem is with Medinah Gold, they cannot purchase these shares.
MDIN expects now they will have to come crawling on their belly's with
the financial statements in hand to plead with the company to issue more
shares. At this point MDIN can name their price."

I cut this from the post that you referenced. If the company issues more
shares of Medinah Gold and sells them directly to the shorts, how will
this help shareholders of MDIN?>>

Wes,

Excellent question.

This is just a guess on my part and would appreciate it if anyone would correct any wrong assumptions.

The Medinah Gold dividend will in itself not help shareholders of MDIN soon to be Medinah Mining. The transfer agent will be able to determine the size of the short position and eventually who is short the position.

At that point either negotiations or legal action will take place and whatever money is recovered, I assume it will be added to the assets of Medinah Gold which is good for all of us who were entitled to dividend shares in Medinah Gold.

If for some reason, the short position, which will still exist in MDIN/Medinah Mining, is allowed to stay short even after the name change then things will not be much different than they have up until now.

Until the shorts feel they better start covering or lose their shirts there will be no short squeeze on MDIN/Medinah Mining. It would then take some major news and/or a lot of additional buying volume to scare them into covering. Hopefully, we will see that major news and buying very soon. maybe as early as this week.
