Stroke: I guess that's why they call BB investing risky. I wonder if TAL has held up their SEC filing in order to print a few more shares? Speaking of reporting, it was supposed to be done by now. We need to get an answer from Dallas or Bob on why it is not done. Bob Saluzzo their CEO told me about 3 weeks ago that it would be done by mid-April or early May at the latest. It is May 10th. I'm not going anywhere, but I'm not very happy.

If not how does Joe Average Investor discover this dilution in time to bail?

You ask Investor relations. But if Investor relations misleads you and states after the fact they were not aware of the 504, knowing they to were compensated in shares and are irresponsible and possibly liable for not disclosing that information.....
