Your defense of Mr. Gordon is admirable. However, I'd rather the company authorize sales of shares directly to the public, and at 200 to 300% greater return and at 2/3rds less dilution. His continued personal gain in the face of never performing is very troublesome. Not to mention the clearer perspective it gives us all about his character regarding his personal gain vs that of the shareholders. If he feels it's appropriate to reward himself for performance, let him set a conversion price based upon milestone performance. If he feels that TSIG needs a poison pill then construct one that favors the shareholders equally. SC
