What got my attention on this stock is on 4/30/99 the director of the company bought 158,000 shares of
stock at an average price of $16.31 a share. A value of over 2.5 million dollars worth.

PAIR, I'd be interested to know why so many thread members dumped PAIR yesterday. Didn't come close to breaking support, still riding the up trend line fresh off the triangle break. Even the extra sensitive volume adjusted MA's (top box) are still in the buy mode.

Just curious, I can see why a day trader would've dumped it and I do my share of that. Admittedly some of the momentum indicators turned down some. This thread doesn't seem to have quite that mindset though.

It it just the fear that with no deal announced that it might tank??

As I said, no criticism, I could dump it any second as well, just wonder what turned so many skittish...
