I will assume the RBOC referenced in that conference call is BA, after the comments regarding 3 largest customers of quarter.

Bell Atlantic was listed in the top three.

As for analysts, I don't understand why they do what they do. With Kedersha, I suspect he saw the lowered numbers and figured he had to change his guidance. Most saw the reasons behind the numbers and when 2000 wasn't guided lower, decided to hold. You'd have to be blind not to be impressed by two quarters of 35% sequential growth in WAN packet. Those shipments that didn't get out the door in time this quarter will go out the door next quarter and if I understand the system correctly, they'll continue to build backlog so they can go into each consecutive quarter with a headstart on projections. This should eliminate the need to drop prices to meet deadlines.

Pat
