Sorry sir, i do NOT have any kind of an axe to grind. i SAID in my posting 'this will be taken the wrong way', and it was, so i expected a terse reply from you in particular. Besides, i knew everything you wanted to say in the first 2 sentences..... hindsight is 20-20.
I LOL when i read all these e-mails i get from all these people saying what is moving in what direction and when - MOST are woefully inaccurate at best, so i take it for what it is worth - very little, and anybody that DOES believe in it.... well.... keep in mind the disclaimer at the bottom, that is what people usually fall back on.
So, you began posting in the .22-.25 range...... where were you when FNTN was in the 6.00-8.00 range ?
As far as you predicting where the NASDAQ would be when everybody else was a naysayer, i have to tell you i would be in your boat on that one, and as far as predicting the DOW to be at 10 or 11K, I would also be in that boat.
Hell, i am sure every one of us has a LONG list of stocks we shoulda/coulda/woulda bought at X time, but didn't. I bought Berkshire Hathaway at 800.00 and sold at 1,200 and was happy i made 50% profit, never mind today i would have almost 8 million dollars today if i wouldn't have sold it 16 years ago...... I had 5,000 shares of MSFT 11 years ago too, and sold it a year after i bought it.
WHO KNEW ?
Nah, my only real complaint is all the people that see it (FNTN) move up 30% and THEN they say 'i told you so', then it backs down 40% a week later or two, and we here NOTHING.... It's the nature of the business, and it appears to be the nature of the stock.
I apologize if i offend you or anybody else, but there is more to a thread than being a frickin' cheerleader.....
Answer me this: 1) is FNTN's software proprietary ? 2) if/when FNTN does indeed 'take off', do they have sufficient personnel in place to meet the demand for their services ??
Oh, Wiz, you can feel free to remove me from your e-mail list, if that will make you feel better. Either that, or 30 lashes with a wet noodle.....

Wiz...kudos as usual. This thread is like a case study in investor emotions --- patience, greed, elation, hope, instant gratification, bonding etc. Maybe if FNTN (hopefully under a new name like InfoStream) becomes the enormous winner we sometimes fantasize about; we will get together in 24 months for a FNTN-SI reunion -- to break bread, smile, and remind ourselves that the winnings don't really belong to us -- they are only a temporary gift for us to use well.

Peace,

DW

Hello Wiz and all. While we wait for our stock to take off. I wonder just how many investors in these stocks were wondering if it was going to hell. A lot I would suspect. The following examples are but a few of possibly hundreds that can be found that traded low and for a long time in many cases. But as you see, they did not stay low. I believe the FNTN is going to end up a winner just like these have.

One thing I have learned in regards to my personal investing is that when I buy a stock I believe in its future and abilities of its management. I do read what is posted on these threads with great interest and much caution. I invest based on my own DD and research and pat only myself on the back or kick myself in the butt based on how the stock performs, nobody else gets the credit. And if a stock I own falls out of favor with me I just sell it. I never over invest in any one stock, that way if it must be sold for a loss then so be it. I have also learned that waiting for a stock with great potential, such as FNTN to mature is an art and not rocket science.

The best to you in all your trading and best regards,

Bill Fortune III
