Jeff - I would like to sponsor ATEL via great DD from RCJIII -- ATEL recieved a bid from Sprint to be bought out at 6.50 but the bid stipulates that another offer may be entertained until 5-17-99 -- STRONG rumor is that MCI Worldcomm is going to make a counteroffer through private negotiations with the Board of Directors -- due to the time deadline this offer must be recieved within a week -- the rumored buyout is between $12 and $18 confirmed by industry insiders -- No downside here only HUGE upside -- current price is 6.719 x 6.875 ------ SteelerStu

ATEL - rumored higher bid by MCI-Worldcom $12-18 this week.

After my first pick ENBC flopped, I'm sure everyone will avoid me like the plague. I'm a great contrarian indicator and my investments prove it. It may be best to short my Long picks. LOL --Harry
