Two, perhaps you missed it, but several months ago Ford decided to standardize the whole company on Dell. Aloha.

One of Deming's key principles is, "Cooperation is always better than competition". ... a very difficult principle for most North Americans to both grasp and accept. However, cooperation with Bossidy may be a key step in getting Allied's business redirected to Dell. It certainly won't hurt the sales effort. JMHO, Ian. (Ford and Boeing can have all the Dell counseling they want, but if a company is buying only CPQ products.........let them get their counseling from CPQ.)
