I've identified another of Bua's clients:

here's a document from Bua's office showing that he represents a San Diego-based brokerage called WellRich, magneticdiary.com

WellRich's client that is named in this document is an OTC-BB stock called FNTT, which many observers here on SI believe to be a scam.

I have been told that WellRich is a boiler-room operation.

Anyway, this is just more evidence that the securities attorney who is closely tied to NCDR is somebody who caters to the seamy side of the securities business.

CORSAIRE, INC. SPLITTING ITS STOCK 3 FOR 1 AND

Anticipates Filing Its 10-K and 10-Q This Week

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Corsaire, Inc. (OTC
Bulletin Board: NCDR), a provider of advanced Internet broadcast video
and security software, announced that its most recent 10-K and 10-Q
have been finalized and that the Company expects them to be filed with
the SEC and be available on EDGAR no later than Wednesday, May 12,
1999.

The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has approved,
effective June 1, 1999, a 3 for 1 forward split of its issued and
outstanding Common Stock for shareholders of record at the close of
business on May 17, 1999. The split is conditional only upon the
Company bringing its SEC filings current.
