The truth is he lied to cover his butt not because of some grand purpose or theorum. He lied because he thought he was smarter than all of us and could keep on fooling the great unwashed masses. Your points have been very well stated Neo in your discussion with PiMac. NO ONE is above the law. Once a final decision in any case is rendered, you must comply or the rule of law goes out the window. None of us get to pick and choose which laws will apply to us. Living with a decision we don't like is part of maintaining a civilized society and the overwhelming majority of us act in conformance to those principles. JLA
