Just heard Tom Galvin (i forgot which firm--Lehman or DLJ) a little cautious. This might cause a drop even if we get an initial boost in tech stocks (especially nets). I have decided to hold off a little before buying as Galvin was as or more bullish than Abbey Cohen.
