I do not think that these guys are irresponsible, because they do have a back up plan - the rollback and rights offering. I think that it is you and your cronies that are being irresponsible by trying to bully everyone into voting against the rollback, which would irresponsibly force Tracer off of NASDAQ. Saracen

TO: SHAREHOLDERS THEIR LATEST MANEUVER IS TO TRY TO HOLD US HOSTAGE OVER AN INDONESIAN BLOCK. THEY ARE SAYING THAT UNLESS WE PASS THE RIGHTS OFFERING THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE US AN INDONESIAN BLOCK. HOWEVER, IF THEY REALLY DO HAVE A BLOCK, IT IS PROBABLY A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY NEEDED. (THERE WILL BE NO ROLLBACK.) YOU WILL HAVE TO TRY ANOTHER TRICK. THIS ONE WILL NOT WORK.
