If that large bid is for real this thing may finally start to move. It doesn't seem that too many people are willing to sell (the smart ones anyway).

I think the momentum is starting. With the large mine permit due any day and the results of the early mining coming in (whether they actually release info or not is another question) word is probably starting to get around.
