David and All: With the news of NATO (USA since we contribute 800+ of the 900 planes) blew up the Chinese embassy in Belgrade and now China is sanctioning riots by bussing in students to lay siege to our embassy in China holding the American ambassador and crew hostage for three days... China is not allowing publication of American apologies, so the Chinese people will know. China's leaders are demanding a formal public apology and have broken off talks on human rights and arms control. The Market's action, in the face of this news, supports the case that the Market has its track and it will go where ordained. Events are only used as excuses (to placate) or justifications after the fact. Regards, LG
