I agree, if you want to accumulate more shares , you should buy on dips. However, I am not convinced this dip is over. There is no point in buying if the carnage is not yet over. I would wait for a day in which the Buyers are in control as a possible signal of a reversal. A day in which there is a strong price movement up with good volume is what I'm waiting to see. Sure EMC is a great company and the stock price will probably be 200 one day, but how long will that take now?? I don't know.

We still have to deal with the fact that the PE is just too high. Can anyone justify the high PE. I realize that many stocks are trading at ridiculous multiples , but EMC has not been that type of stock.
