Sir John, I am not uniquely qualified. I have said so on more than one occasion. You challenged me to do some research on the topic, so I did. Now, you want to dismiss it, even though it is solid. As to the 60%, I questioned the odd use of a six year period, which is usually a sign of playing with the statistics. I said I didn't know the answer. Anyway, go ahead and take the Falstaffian route again....
