RT, Here is the response I got from our lazy urologist friend Dale Russell on the Zona thread: Message 9435758 As you may recall our friend Dale was a known Vivus short and started the Vivus to single digits thread. I guess I must give Dale credit for knowing his own kind--ie too lazy to mess with MUSE and much more willing to script a pill even if it might kill their patients.

It is against FDA regulations for any employee to reveal internal communications or activities before they are revealed to the public. Several years ago, several FDA employees were immediately terminated for providing inside information to "their friends". Moreover, anyone who took a large position based on inside information from an FDA employee could be subject to a SEC investigation. V-man may feel great for his scoop.
