I'm sorry Jenna--my fault. I just figured it out. You have to click on the up and down arrows because only 8 entries fit per screen. I feel really stupid because I have used the calendar (and those up and down arrows) before. Sometimes when you rush, these things just aren't automatic. I've got it now. I apologize to you and the thread. Rose
