Tom, apparently the World Film Maker could not keep his email service running. You might try his personal email address at AOL...

Tom,

I spoke to Carl Conte today. The new management is still with the company. They are purchasing Logan's shares over a two year period.
Logan is still a director of the company.

The deal with World Film Marketing is a merger. The strength of World Film Marketing is digitalization of existing movie libraries, in addition to having existing digitalized video collections. So Genesis will be able to use World Film Marketing to digitize its existing film collection and use World Dot Com to "stream" them to potential customers. If they didn't have such a horrible reputation, these internet deals would sound pretty exciting, IMHO.

Carl Conte did not know name of the auditing firm, but I will trying to get it in the future. He confirmed again today that Form 10 would be out before July 1 deadline.

I did complain to him about the shares that Logan had dumped on the market last week.
