I disagree. The pieces should be in place by then. For example Wells Fargo had 24% growth last quarter, without any new platform, they said they expect the Growth rate to continue throughout the year. Y2K may slow down some biller and bank rollouts, but the growth rate should stay the same for the banks, brokers, and portals that are already on-line (and therefore, stay the same for CheckFree, although it might actually improve as the pc vs. web based subscriber growth gets more in balance).
