We all know that the best safety device in a car is a trooper in the rear view mirror.

We also know that normal people are comfortable undressing in their bedrooms but not in centerfield of a packed Yankee stadium.

The observer impacts the behavior.

That's nothing new.

Heisenberg's contribution was to recognize that scientific objects react the same way as people. Important, yes. But hardly something trial lawyers needed to learn from him! <g>
