Oh, puhleez. Silknet doesn't have a lot to differentiate it from many others in this space. It has good marketing. Quality of customers is a toss-up, and besides some are not using the product as you may think. Just because a large company has licensed the product doesn't mean that it is in production in any meaningful way. Backing of CMGI is good, but that doesn't guarantee Silknet a "front row seat". Ability to execute does. I'd like to see evidence they have beaten out some of the established vendors in head-to-head competition, without offering huge discounts.
