Rod: It certainly would be a boon to the good guys if it applied retrospectively to existing agreements, as well as to future contracts. That's in the realm of "too good to be true", but I guess we can always hope. Maybe we'll be at least a little lucky and have it apply to new drilling that commences on prior contracts, if the drilling starts after the announced effective date of the policy change. That would certainly be another good reason to have re-acquired the Rochester interests. I guess we just have to hope for the best and wait for news from HEC. Steve
