It's actually another good thing

you see, the first board were sort of the design consultants on their business plan, and this new board will be the rainmakers who will help bring in the business now that they know what to do for a living.

Personally I would be concerned, aren't those the two from Time Warner? I was fortunate to bail this morning just because the trading seemed to have stalled. Might be worth a look later in time though.
