Dorine, I agree & actually think this may be a plus for Chinese stocks since the Chinese could use this to their advantage. (A trump card in their negotiations to obtain entry into the World Trade Organization) Those of us who have been buying XNET for months saw these dips in stock price with prior negative news. (the last major event I recall was the "rumor" of monetary devaluation in Dec 98 & Jan 99, which obviously proved to be totally unfounded) I personally was able to add to my position at 34-40¢/share during that dip. I think this will all blow over in time & we'll be happy we were able to pick up some more XNET at bargain prices this week. Frank
