I really don't know how often it happens, although I seem to recall that you must have a closing price of $4.00 or more for either 90 or 30 consecutive days to get listed on the NASDAQ. Note -- I may be way off base here, but this is what I think I've read in the past. Maybe someone else can comment or correct me.
