Even if HH is slow to negotiate, don't you think that ARTT could be worth more dead than alive given the valuations of other broadband access properties? Look at what happened to CWSS and ATEL, "bought from the brink." Just curious. I suspect that IXCs eager to grab the last "open" nationwide broadband footprint in one fell swoop will not let this thing go through bk. It does not cost billions.

As to RTHM, COVD, ATHM, they may go down, but they are trading at high valuations. It is the market at work, as inexact as it is. The long-term value if the xDSL players may be arguable. However, these valuations do show that a majority of people are willing to pay up for long-term outlooks, in addition to current business.
