Les,

Good point. From what I understand, this Clinton
visit to "rally the troops" was actually a cover
for Clinton meeting with G-8 and Russian negotiators
for a solution to this Yugoslavian War. If the leaks
are true, Clinton was offering paying for the Russians
to handle the peacekeeping duties and has reduced the
American contingent to politically safe levels of
10 or 20 thousand. The strange thing is that nobody
seems interested in the KLA's point of view and given
that they have now about 20,000 poorly armed troops,
they could throw a monkey wrench in the NATO sellout
of their ambitions with lots of hit and run tactics.
