Great analysis as usual, Teflon, of the NXTL investment.

It really does put MSN as a content provider in an enviable position. Their recent investments in DSL providers NTPT and RTHM give them the same kind of position on those systems.

It's also a competitive advantage over AOL. While the folks on the beltway talk about "AOL Anywhere", Microsoft is making the kinds of investments that could make "MSN Anywhere" actually happen.

But I'd like to hear you're take on AT&T Wireless. Do you think there's a chance that $5 bil might result in a similar deal with them?
