I just started a thread on INTD--- it looks like a great way to get in on internet banking. Stock could easily do a NTBK if internet stocks get hot again.

Rentech Responds to Stock Activity

DENVER, May 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentech, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNTK - news) responded today
to the increased volume and share price of its stock. The Company was made aware this
morning of an electronic mailing promoting its shares which stated that, ''Analysts have
predicted a 900% rise in RNTK over the next few months due to recent developments and
IMMINENT company news.'' The Company stated that it is not aware of any such
predictions and had no contact with and is not associated in any way with the authors of the
E-mail from stockprofits900pc@yahoo.com. While Rentech is very active in its efforts to
market its patented and proprietary Gas-To-Liquids technology and believes there are
reasons to be positive about its future it does not assert claims of ''...IMMINENT company
news.''

Rentech has always maintained a Company disclosure policy in strict compliance with the
National Association of Securities Dealers rules. It is the Company's statement that much of
the information in the web E-mail was inaccurate and taken out of context by applying
Company quotes from various Company news releases. The Company recommends that
interested parties visit the Company website at www.gastoliquids.com to review its
previous press releases.
