My understanding is that SUF has been paid the DB price book value of the diamonds. Any "uptick" resulting from ultimate resolution would presumably be reported as some kind of "subsequent event" attributable to Q1 (but determined post - Q1). Regards.

Southernera has a contract with De Beers. De Beers must buy all production from Klipspringer and Marsfontein. The dispute that De Beers is having only effects Southernera if Southernera asks for an independant evalution of the price given by De Beers to SUF.
