Jerome N. I am without proof. However when a company boast for about 6 months or longer about this great software it has that Water Utility companies will want and never gets a contract then that should send up a red flag. I think if you have not made any money off this stock, and I am sure TAP and others have, then you can kiss your investment good bye and use it for a nice tax writeoff. I do not even think they can pump this stock anymore. It was great for them for awhile but the party is over now.
