scary? reasons... Too many to list here fully. Take a look at their S-1 registration for the IPO, and you'll see what I mean: * Accumulated deficit of $55 million. * The company acknowledges that they HAVE to go public just to stay in business. * Debt to IBM of $19 million * Their own auditors don't feel comfortable about NETO's ability to continue as a going concern * Professional Web developers prefer Dreamweaver, GoLive, BBEdit, and Homesite; small business developers prefer FrontPage (and I'm not making that up. Read ANY web trade publication!) But I recommend reading the S-1 for yourself.
