This makes sense. Still, Class 2 is not his infamous Class 1 SELL signal. I think for the moment, we will see more of a potential on the upside in the stock market. But I think we still have potential for more downside. The market has not proven itself by following through.

By the way, bonds look like they are still biased towards the upside (down for the interest rate). Considering that the bonds was a rather peverse reaction to the report htat was perhaps facilitated by Greenspan's speech, and the overall economic picture is still painted as "good", I think we may have seen an interim top to interest rates.
