BTW, if anybody thinks I am alone in asking questions forget it. The RDIM board both on SI and RB is interested in this issue and I have received several private messages which have expressed interest in the RDIM/InvestRight Club placement as well as other more personal feelings towards the new information that Jeff posted on Saturday. I own shares in RDIM, I have read many RDIM posts, I was referred to public sites where details of the 'original private placement' were available. It now appears this was not the first such placement and .17 is a very far cry from .46 It also is uncertain whether the 2.4 million shares were ever included in the great share count which took place. It also appears that the 2.4 million shares the InvestRight Club gave itself before launching such glowing praise of the company, its officers and its business plan were UNRESTRICTED. This is a serious issue for me and other RDIM investors and ought to be a concern for all arms-length followers of the InvestRight Club thread.
