Jeff, that 2.9B O&M contract blows my mind. If I understand correctly, it is absolutely over and above the nonrecurring costs to build and deploy the system that I+ has already paid Mot.

600M$/year: it's 40% of Loral's gross revenue, which has 3900 employees and beaucoup huge subcontracts for launch vehicles, etc.

What could cost that kind of money? The deal Loral/Qualcomm made with G* is much more aligned with the interests of GSTRF s/h. The founders get paid a management fee proportionate to G* revenue on a sliding scale.
